Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been shipped or delivered. This policy helps ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of all items we provide.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns, which may include store credit when appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for orders that are canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window has passed, the order enters processing and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow standard processing time for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for unopened, unused products that are returned in their original packaging.
To be eligible:
• The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges must be for an item of equal value to the original purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
